Mr. Cunningham has over 16 years of design experience in a variety of disciplines in Richmond, Va., Washington, DC and San Francisco, CA areas. His professional background includes development and implementation of workspaces within a variety of environments, including factories, offices, and financial institutions. In his most recent assignment Mr. Cunningham was responsible for the relocation of 41 separate departments from various San Francisco locations into the newly renovated Laurel Heights Campus. He reported directly to the Project Manager and his responsibilities included programming, space planning, furniture specification, and dynamic graphic and data linkage between Autocad Map and MS Access. He collaborated with in-house specialists for planning telephone & data connectivity and furniture vendors for final equipment order placement. In addition, he coordinated move and construction schedules, equipment delivery & installation, move coordination and post move resolution issues.

Recent/current clients include Pasha Group, Friday & Associates, Booz-Allen Hamilton, Wells Fargo Bank, PG&E, Hewlett-Packard, Flack & Kurtz, BT Office Products, COG/Kelly, FACS for Offices.

Education
Mr. Cunningham holds a BS in architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and is an active member of International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), American Institute of Architects (AIA), and the San Francisco Autocad User Group.

Personal
Mr. Cunningham was born in Virginia and resides in Northern California. He is married to Janet and has two children.
