DeHart Consulting has developed simple and effective add-on software for common ERP systems that enable the use of demand-pull, just-in-time supply chain logistics policies.  Fundamental to the implementation of efficient materials replenishment systems is the blanket order forecast-release process.  DCI's Supplier Usage / Release Forecast (SURF) reporting software is designed to efficiently communicate materials requirements and the status of parts usage to key suppliers.

Leveraging the client's existing manufacturing execution systems and material management systems, DCI's proprietary reporting processes require little to no re-engineering of the supply chain planning software.  An elegant solution to a complex problem that can be implemented on virtually any existing ERP / MRP system, such as Oracle, SAS, Made2Manage, MAS90 / MAS200, MS Dynamics, ... .

Manufacturing Standard Cost Software

DCI provides a simple-to-use cost estimator based on the Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheet. Using this software, our clients can quickly simulate the cost of producing products based on the labor and overhead rates of various work centers as well as the material cost inputs and process yield losses.
